Warm up on cardio of your choice 10 minutes easy...

WORKOUT

  1. Goblet Squats: 1 x 15 reps with a 25lb. Kettle-bell  (Video below)
  2. Upright row: 1 x 15 (Use kettle bell)
  3. Walking lunge...  lunge 15 steps down, turn, lunge 15 steps back.  *(weight optional)
  4. Goblet Squat: 1 x 15
  5. Kettle Bell swings:  15 (Video below)
  6. TRX Lat row  15 reps
  7. TRX Biceps Curls  15 reps
  8. Push ups:  As many as possible with good form
  9. Triceps dips: As many as possible with good form (Video below)
  10. 15 Jump Squats (Video below)

Repeat 3 rounds

100 crunches
