  2. TRX rows: 15 reps
  3. Push ups: 25
  4. Biceps curls: 12lb. x 15 reps
  5. Triceps dips off bench or box 25 reps

Sprints: 3 laps (If you don't have roughly 20 meters to sprint use treadmill, 20 seconds)
