Workout: Legs & shoulders

Grab a pair of 12lb dumbbells and a set of 5lb dumbbells
  1. Thrusters (Dumbbell) 1 x 15 (12#)
  2. Overhead press: 1 x 15 (12#)
  3. Walking lunges: Down 15 steps, then back, (with DBs)
  4. ​Upright dumbbell row: 1 x 15 (12#)
  5. Side lateral raises: 1 x 15 (5#)
  6. KB swing: 15 reps with a 30# KB

4 rounds

Then, 3 sets x 15 reps of Romanian Dead-lifts (RDL) with an unweighted barbell (see video)
