  1. TRX rows x 50 reps
  2. Push ups x 50 reps
  3. Plank row 25 & 25 (alternating until you have 25 reps each arm)
  4. Triceps dips: 50 reps (on plyo box or bench)
  5. Biceps curl DB: 50 reps @ 10Lb DBs
  6. DB chest flye: 10lb x 50 reps
  7. Rope cable pressdown: 50 reps (light weight)
  8. 50 crunches

2 rounds for a total of 100 each

You can take 5-7 seconds quick rest/pauses during set, but that is all. Keep plugging away until you hit 50
